PJDC, PLS. CSP was established in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1988 by Agr. Pedro J. Dávila Colón, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Land Surveying from the University College of Turabo.

Our priority is to offer thorough, high-quality surveying services. The company adheres closely to professional and commercial ethics — we hire and work exclusively with licensed land surveyors and surveying technicians who have over 20 years of field experience.
