Initially, studies and topographic maps of the area outside and inside the mall were prepared to help determine how new structures could be added to the existing ones.

Subsequently, surveying services were provided during the construction of the northern and western sections of the mall. These services were also provided to build both the south of the parking on multiple levels and the interior spaces of the lease.
