Practice of Surveying

Given the effort put forth by our firm in all their projects, we have accomplished to stay ahead and up-to-date in the surveying field in Puerto Rico. We have developed projects with transcendental characteristics and have incorporated new concepts into the application of the practice of surveying.

Our customers have benefited from these services in order to develop projects such as interstate roads, bridges, sports facilities, hospitals, shopping centers and housing projects, among others. Thus, PJDC, PLS. CSP has managed to contribute significantly to the improvement of local infrastructure to the present time.

Get to know our company

PJDC, PLS. CSP was established in San Juan, P.R. in 1988 by Pedro J. Dávila Colón, who has a bachelor’s degree in Science in Land Surveying from the University College of Turabo.

Our priority is to offer a thorough and high quality surveying service. The company is closely attached to the professional and commercial ethics protocol, as we only hire and work with licensed land surveyors and surveying technicians, who have over 20 years of experience working in the field and in our company.
